Space/spatiality 본문
Nicholas Blomley, “Space/spatiality,” ed. Peter Cane and Joanne Conaghan,
The New Oxford Companion to Law (Oxford: Oxford University Press)
“Spatiality is socially produced space. Scholars of spatiality reject the Kantian division between space and society. Spatiality is not simply an outcome of social forces but is itself constitutive of society and politics ... it is argued that law and space are both socially produced and socially productive. Spatiality is in turn productive of law, as well as produced, in part, by law; law produces spaces (such as the legal boundary, or the sovereign state) yet is itself produced and interpreted in relation to space (for example, being interpreted within local settings).”
